Dental Sales Account Executive
B&D Dental Technologies is looking for an additional Sales Consultant to help drive revenue increase for a new line of dental biomaterials. This new line of dental zirconia, Beyond Plus™ (www.BnDDental.com), was released by B&D in 2016 and has continued to see a dramatic increase in sales since being introduced.
The candidate for this position will receive product training by B&D and will be responsible for aggressively growing and maintaining the current customer base for a geographic territory of dental laboratories. Sales and marketing efforts are focused on relationship based sales and will consist primarily of inside sales in addition to participation at tradeshows and visiting of customer laboratories.
• Identify sales opportunities and present and sell company products and services to new and existing clients
• Prospect for new leads and follow up on generated leads to acquire new customers
• Reach agreed upon sales targets within given timeframe
• Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
• Manage customer calls and follow up in CRM system
• Assist in creation of sales and marketing materials
• Background and history of successful sales experience including a proven record of accomplishing sales goals
• Familiarity with CRM platforms
• An ability and history of building strong professional relationships based on trust hard work
• Strong negotiation skills
• Availability to travel approximately 3 days per quarter on average
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to promptly and effectively follow up with all customers and meet deadlines
Base + Commission - Commensurate with Experience
Monday - Friday, 8:00am to 5:00pm
